Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics sessions are held in an accessible pool several times a week. For further information please contact the Leisure Centre on 01792 588079.  There are extra, dry side classes available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as part of the Adult Recreation mornings- see website for full timetable.
