Indoor Athletics Club for children 7-14 years with a disability.
We meet weekly on Tuesday Evenings 4.30-5.30pm during school term time at Cardigan Leisure Centre. Sessions will restart on Tuesday the 8th of September 2009.
All abilities are welcome, suitable for those who want to take part for fun or to compete!
